Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. 7 days without a card, all features open. If you don't like it, you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
There's no auto-renew. Your access lasts for the whole term you bought; when it ends, the plan locks and you can continue by purchasing again. We don't store your card to charge you silently.
Does a longer term lower the price?
Yes. A longer term (yearly, 2/3/4 years) comes with a bigger commitment discount — up to 35% on the larger plans. The amount is paid once, upfront, at the start of the term.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. You can buy a higher plan with a fresh term anytime; the remainder of your current term is taken into account.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You get a warning; your photos aren't deleted — you continue by moving to the next plan up.

Do photos disappear when the event ends?
No. No frame is ever buried or deleted; as long as your plan is active, every photo stays accessible at any time.
